Ralph's German Bakery is always on the move. A delivery service was established some weeks back. Now in May they opened a stand at the Sharm International British School. The bakery is offering to kids and teachers pretzels, a variety of croissants, all kinds of laugen, cheese sticks and rolls. Every Thursday they have their Nespresso coffee machine with all different capsules available. This stand is only open for the school staff and pupils. All other clients are as usual welcome in the branch beside Metro next to Old Market.

According to Al Ahram newspaper Egypt will not switch to the daylight saving time this summer. "Egypt's cabinet agreed on Monday not to switch clocks for daylight saving time this summer, and carry out studies on the possibility of canceling the practice altogether in future years. The cabinet previously announced that clocks would go forward one hour starting on 1 May, but suspended the decision until a national opinion poll was carried out to ask citizens whether or not they support daylight saving time. The new visa regulation announced earlier this month, which would have travelers obtain tourist visas from their home countries prior to arrival in Egypt, has officially been postponed, the state-owned newspaper Al-Ahram reported on Thursday. The ministries of tourism and foreign affairs said in a statement that the regulation will not be put into place until the government implements an electronic system allowing foreigners to obtain a visa online before boarding their flights to Egypt. Peace Fountain opened

Sharm el Sheikh's new symbol, the impressive Peace Fountain, had been opened on Saturday, 14 March 2015. The event was organised with a party by the sponsors. Tourists celebrated to the music of international and local artists. The fountain was built for the "Egypt the Future" conference, it is situated at the big round-about on peace road next to the police station close to the airport.
