Ingredients:

260 gr flour
100 gr almond, powdered
80 gr sugar, powdered (put normal sugar in blender)
4 packet vanillin sugar
1 egg yolk
200 gr butter, cold
1 dash salt

Preparation:
Mix flour, ground almonds, a dash of salt, powdered sugar, 1 packet vanillin sugar together, and put them in a heap on the table. Press a hole in the top of the heap and put the egg in, than add the cold butter in pieces. Knead altogether well. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 centigrade. Form thumb-sized rolls (sausage like) from the dough, and place on cooking sheet bending and flattening into small moons. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Mix the remaining 3 packets vanillin sugar with 2 tablespoons normal sugar, put on a plate and press cookies in directly after they come from the oven.
