2 – 3 chicken breast filets
2 – 3 different kinds of vegetables of your choice (i.e. carrots , mushrooms (canned or fresh), bell pepper, zucchini, leek, …)
Cut the chicken filets in small pieces and fry them in a pan with very little oil, season with salt and pepper. When crispy brown, take them out and store on a plate.
In the meantime cut the vegetables in thin slices/pieces.
Add a little more oil to the same pan, and put around 2 teaspoons of sugar in it and let it , than add the vegetables and fry them for a short while.
Sprinkle them generously with soy sauce and than with balsamic vinegar, stir. Let is cook for a moment, and than add a generous slap of tomato ketchup and a little bit of water.
Let it cook for a short time, until your vegetables are a bit soft but still have “bite”, taste and season with salt and pepper if needed (careful, the soy sauce is salty), or maybe put more soy sauce or vinegar.
Add the fried chicken, stir – finished.
Serve with rice
