A five stars deluxe prestigious hotel in Hurghada with 388 luxurious rooms and suites looking for Expatriate Executive Chef (German, Swiss, Austrian) with the following requirements :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive Chef in a 5 stars deluxe hotel environment.
- Prior experience in the Middle East or North Africa is a plus.
- Has experience with All Inclusive concepts as well as fine dining & al carte restaurants.
- Has diverse cuisine experience.
- Is a ‘hands-on’ manager and has as an eye for detail and excellent presentation.
- Strong practices on Hygiene & food safety.
- Guest communicator. Has to attend to guest problems, enquirers, needs and act like a guest relations.
- Is maximum 45 years old.
