Any Pasta (Rigatoni, Fusili, …. as you like)
4 chicken breast filets
3 pieces leek
100 ml liquid cream or 1 can of PUK cream
app. 200 ml water
100 gr Gorgonzola cheese (blue cheese)
1 tb olive oil
½ or 1 Maggi cube
Cut the chicken in small slices and the leeks in rings.
Fry the chicken in the olive oil for 3 – 4 minutes, season with salt.
Take the chicken out of the pan and fry the leek in the same oil for 5 min.
Add the water, the cream and half Maggi cube and let all together cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese to small pieces, add to the simmering sauce and let it melt. Add the fried chicken, taste and put more of the Maggi cube if needed. Season with pepper, and serve with the pasta.
