Sink your teeth into a hot, savory sambousak stuffed with mildly spicy minced chicken combined with fresh coriander.

Here is what you need for a party of four:
1 packet of sambousak dough
1 cup of minced chicken
1 onion
1 green chili pepper
fresh coriander (cilantro)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of caraway
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt


Mince the onion, chili pepper, coriander and chicken together in a bowl.
In a heavy-bottomed pan add oil, and add the onion chili pepper, coriander, chicken, all the spices, lemon
juice and salt to the pan.
Take out and spread the sambousak sheet, placing a spoonful of the mixture in the sheet, and roll it into a
clean triangle shape.
Deep fry the sambousak until golden brown and remove any excess oil by placing the sambousak onto a clean
paper towel.

Serve hot!
