Pilates workouts focus first on developing strength through the core
of the body-the back, abdomen and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination.
The Pilates Method goal is to improve posture, balance, core strength, bone density, and joint health.
This training is suitable for all ages and abilities and I would particularly recommend it if you suffer from back problems, poor abdominal tone, are recovering from injury, have osteoporosis, pelvic floor problems, suffer from stress.
Trainings are taking part on a roof with nice sea view in Montazah area(compaund El Mar, close to Baron and Sol Sharm hotels).
