Dear Ladies!!! I'm inviting you on my roof with nice sea view for the following fitness classes:
-YOGA & RELAXATION (will help you to relax and have some stretching, to enjoy the nice open air atmosphere )
-PILATES + YOGA (recommended for those, who have back problems)
-CIRCUIT TRAINING ( recommended for those, who are interested to loose weight and be always in shape!)
-PRENATAL YOGA (Soft yoga class for pregnant ladies)
-KIDS BALLET+STRETCHING (Girls only!)
- MOTHER+CHILD!!! (NEW CLASS!!! come and enjoy fitness with your kid! )
All the lessons are taking part in compaund El Mar,Montazah area, Sharm. Individual or groups. Price per 1 class is 30 l.e., Mother+Child class is 40 l.e. (monthly discount cards are also available)
