I’m looking for a new studio or small apartment for long term rent contract. I’m clean and I love to stay in nice place so your apartment will be clean all the times. My budget is 2000 L.E including electricity , gas and water bills. If it is in the first floor small garden will be nice as I prefer first floor also I need a new clean apartment or studio.
About me I’m open minded, friendly, clean, well organized and I love to live in nice place so I will take great care of your property, I love cats and dogs but I don’t have now.
So if you have a nice new studio or apartment and want to rent it to good tenant you will not find better than me.
