Experienced GRO with Russian, English, Ukrainian fluent, German-backing to Sharm after maternity leave.More then 2 years experience in guest relations, and more then 7 in customer/client service ,tourism field university degree. Certification: Negotiations, Presentations, problem solving, working in all MO programs, knowledge's in Fidelio/Opera. Had experience as Senior guest relation (6 months), managerial skills. Position prefered - Senior GRO or Guest Relation Supervisor. Considering just Front office opportunities in hotels.
