Im looking for an apartment ground floor with garden or private roof. Dont need a new flat or furnished one. Im a good handyman and can fix a lot of staff by my own, important is the roof or garden (not resort garden) bc i like to plant vegetables or fruits in the garden, for this it has to be a private garden or roof.
