So Ladies! I'm so happy to inform you, that tomorrow(Saturday) 7pm we are going to have Unique Yoga class at La Strada.(I'm going to do it only 1 time a month!) We use to have a lot of Power trainings and workouts, but we are forgetting about stretching and harmony between Body and Mind.
