I have years of experience with customer contact, so their needs and requests are for me the reason for action in response to any complaints. The customer must stay at his best in the context that welcomed him. I am very efficient in helping to find solutions to problems, but obviously there is also a need for collaboration from the Managers of the various sectors of the Hotel.
