The studio flat has its pwn balcony, with a sea view and is close to the Red Sea with a beach that can be easily accessed and is free to use there. The flat is completely furnished with all amenities or it can be sold as unfurnished. There is a built in kitchen area that cannot be removed and the studio has a separate, large bathroom. There is a huge swimming pool at ground floor level that comes as an amenity with the flat. It is in Al Ahyia, Hurghada and very close to the shops and supermarkets. There are some pleasant cafes and bars close by too. This studio is actually in between Hurghada and El Gouna, so it has the best of both towns. With furniture can be negotiated and flat can be viewed upon request.
