The Quality Manager, works across the different disciplines and is in charge of the Quality assurance processes. The position is responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet the company’s mission and Novotel brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focus on continuous improvement at the Hotel level. This position champions the Quality function and builds support for change. The Quality Manager reports to the Hotel Manager and works closely with the Learning & Development Manager.
