Emperor Divers is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our centre based in Sharm El Sheikh. The successful applicant will lead from the front; working in the water as well as dealing with traditional management tasks. We’re looking for someone with a hands on approach, has an appetite to see the team go from strength to strength and who doesn’t want to miss out on getting in the water, be it getting on the boat or delivering a course at any level/time! The role holder should be native (or speak fluent) English, be in Sharm or have worked in this location previously, have dive centre management experience and hold a minimum certification level of MSDT (or equivalent).
