13+ years of progressive hospitality experience across the GCC (UAE, Bahrain) and Egypt with leading brands including Rotana, Hyatt Regency, Hilton Worldwide and Pyramisa Hotels & Resorts.
Strong background in Front Office and Rooms Division management, with direct oversight of Security, Recreation and Transportation/Drivers departments, guest experience, team leadership, upselling and operational quality.
Fluent in Arabic, English and Italian. Currently based in Sharjah, UAE, and open to relocating to Egypt for a new career challenge.
