Experience Rooms Division Manager with more than 18 years of progressive experience in 4 & 5-star branded hotels in the UAE and Egypt, including Hilton, Accor (M Gallery by Sofitel) and other international brands, I have built a solid career in Rooms Division leadership, pre-opening operations, guest experience strategy and revenue support. I have had the privilege of being part of major pre-opening projects in Dubai and managing large multicultural teams in both city and resort environments.
In my current role, I lead the daily Rooms operation of a high-volume hotel and residences, overseeing service delivery, VIP and loyalty guest experience, upselling strategies, team development, and cross-departmental coordination.
