Urgently Required for a well-known hotel located at Marsa - Alam Red Sea an IT specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality firm, Attractive package and benefits.
Job Duties:
-Support /Troubleshoot the hotel user’s computers and Laptops.
-Handel the daily IT operations/Support LAN/WAN network segments.
-Monitor/Troubleshoot the hotel systems performance.
-Ensure all the hotel computers are patched and updated.
-Monitor the hotel PMS applications “Front Office, Finance, Human Resources, etc.”.
-Provide a first line Wi-Fi technical support to the hotel guest.
-Ensure the hotel backup strategy system implemented and recorded.
-Troubleshoot the hotel CCTV/IP cameras Surveillance system.
