I am currently free and I am looking for work as an Italian chef. working experience in Egyptian kitchens for 10 years in hotels and 4/5 star hotels. my specialty is the fresh pasta my way of cooking is in full respect of the Italian tradition with the knowledge of the raw material available in Egypt
