Candidates must be:
- Fluent Russian, English & Arabic
- Experienced PADI Instructor
- Good working knowledge of operation of diving centers
- Experienced in equipment maintenance
- Good team player and leadership skills
- Ability to handle a pressurised environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and able to think on feet
- Excellent communication and public relation skills
