I have vast experience in front desk ( The employee of the month march 2015 ) , I started my career in hospitality as front desk agent then guest relations officer and currently i am working as guest relations officer ( Acting as guest Relations supervisor )doing all the management duties for GR desk , fluent command of English with very command of Russian language by education !
