Very well furnished apartment in Sunterra, fully equipped. Sunterra has several swimming pool and apartment very near the gate.
Looking for someone to share rent with me, Must be clean and respectable of privacy, must be professional. No salesmen please.
Apartment rent is 3500, share is 1750 + water and electric. Water and electric and very cheap and not high, and if my room mate stays at good balance, then I can cover it fully.
Males and Females may apply, but must be professional character and clean please.
I work most of the day and usually return home late and leave in the afternoon.
Guests are welcome as long it is decent company and no problems would occur.
