Rooms Division/Front Office Manager

Dear Sirs,
My work experience comprises of almost 12 years in the Hospitality industry
and includes Rooms Division, Front Office, contracting & sales and marketing departments.
I have a good experience in Reservations, Microsoft Office Applications, Fidelio System, Opera system, F.B.M (Food & Beverage requisition), Fox system, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.
Throughout my front office career I coached other front office agents to increase their qualifications and performance.
I enjoy working with public, as well service products and educating others in their uses although I fond of learning from the others.
I believe I would excel in the vacant position because I truly find dealing with other partners.
