Dear Applicants, we are currently looking for both German and English speaking guest relations to join our team of Doctors and experts at Coraya Healthcare, located within a 5* hotel clinic in the Nabq area.
Daily duties include dealing with patients and guests on a day to day basis with light paperwork involved. Also to follow up on all cases to ensure all papers and money has been collected and finalized. To comfort nervous patients and to reassure them of our great services.
A high level of customer service is required but a medical background is not.
